Autism Outreach offer a range of talks to a variety of audiences including professionals, organisations, conferences and parents. We have also received very positive feedback about talks to children with children with a diagnosis in the audience. One of our most popular is a talk on 'Relationships - personal perspectives' given by husband and wife team John and Fiona Biddulph. John and Fiona have been married for 26 years and have three children. John has a diagnosis of Asperger Syndrome and Fiona does not! Their talk explores their formative years and different childhood experiences, their time together and the ways in which they have both developed within their relationship. "Your talk is touching, amusing and always informative; offering some extraordinary insights into a relationship between an autistic and a non-autistic person." John is also available for a specialist talk on his life as an autistic person and also on the world of work. His views are expressed in part in a recently published book by Jessica Kingsley - Asperger Syndrome and Employment: Adults Speak Out About Asperger Syndrome.
